Data layer integration to retrieve and push the information from MYSQL to salesforce

 

The client had been struggling to get a complete customer 360 view into salesforce CRM, related to their existing products, contracts and service history. They needed this data in order to accurately forecast sales and better understand their customer's needs.

The client relied on an old, outdated Backoffice platform to manage/track customer information and provide customer support. Despite their best efforts, they were unable to provide customers with the highest level of service.
